No. We access AI models through commercial API channels, not consumer chatbot products. The AI LLM providers we use explicitly state that they do not use API/business data to train their models. Your conversations and business information are processed to generate responses, then retained only briefly for safety monitoring before being deleted by the provider. Your data is never used to improve or train AI models for other companies or users.

Only you. Your Acerox™ agent runs on your own private server - not shared with anyone else. The DaveryAI™ team may perform technical maintenance (updates, security patches) but does not read your conversations or access your business data.

Everything your agent learns comes from you, through your conversations. You are always in control of what your agent knows, and you can ask it to forget information at any time.

We built Acerox™ from the ground up to prevent that. Every client's agent runs on its own private, firewalled server that is not accessible from the public internet. We require authentication at every level, use encrypted connections, and restrict access so only your authorized Telegram account can communicate with your agent. We designed these protections in from day one.

Your server has SSH audit logging enabled. Every login, every command, and every file access is recorded automatically. You can request your audit log anytime and see exactly who accessed what and when. Our maintenance is fully automated — health checks, security patches, and service restarts are handled by scripts, not humans browsing your files. Additionally, when you cancel, your own AI agent exports and delivers your data directly to you via Telegram — we never handle your files during that process either.

Your credentials are stored only on your dedicated private server — DaveryAI™ never sees or stores your login information. You are in full control of which accounts your agent can access, and you can revoke access at any time.

Yes. Email us at hello [at] daveryai.com to request cancellation. Cancellation requests may take up to 14 business days to process, during which time your service remains active. If your cancellation is processed after your next billing date, no partial refunds are issued — but you'll have full access through the end of that billing period. Your agent will automatically deliver all your data via Telegram before your server is wiped.
