This gives you better resilience and flexibility than being tied to a single model. All your conversations and data stay on your private server regardless of which provider processes the request.

Sign up, and you get 14 days of full access - no credit card required during the trial. If you decide it's not for you, just cancel before the trial ends. No strings attached.

How do I communicate with my agent?

Through Telegram - both mobile and desktop apps. Once you're set up, you'll have a private chat with your agent. Message it like you'd message a colleague.

What are "skills"?

Skills are tools, workflows, and capabilities your Acerox™ agent can use or create to help with specific business tasks. For example: finding sales prospects, generating weekly reports, drafting client proposals in your style, organizing recurring processes, or building lightweight internal tools and automations. Rather than limiting your agent to a fixed set of prebuilt skills, Acerox™ is designed so your agent can expand its capabilities over time based on your business needs.

How long does setup take?

Typically within 24 hours, depending on demand. You fill out a short questionnaire about your business, and the DaveryAI™ team handles everything. You'll get an email with your agent's link when it's ready.

I signed up but haven't received my onboarding email.

Your onboarding email comes from hello [at] daveryai.com — check your spam or junk folder first. Look for a subject line like "Your Acerox™ AI Agent is Ready." If it's there, mark it "Not Spam" so future messages come through. If you still don't see it after 24 hours, reach out to us at hello [at] daveryai.com and we'll resend it right away.

Security & Data

Is my data private?

Yes. You get your own dedicated server environment — your data is not shared with other clients. Your conversations, files, and business information remain tied to your environment and service instance.

Do the LLM AI providers train on my data?

We use commercial/API access rather than consumer chatbot products. As part of our operating practice, we prefer providers whose published API policies generally state that customer API data is not used for model training, subject to their current terms. Your requests may also be retained for limited periods as described in the providers’ applicable policies.

Who can see my conversations?

Your Acerox™ agent runs on your own private server environment and is not shared with other clients. DaveryAI™ may perform technical maintenance, updates, and support operations, but does not review your conversations or business data in the ordinary course of operations.

Can I download my data anytime?

You may request an export of your data. The export process is governed by our operating procedures and offboarding process, and your data remains yours subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your agent will send you a complete export of your data directly to you. After that, your server is permanently wiped in accordance with our offboarding process. Messages and files already delivered to your Telegram account remain available in your Telegram account, subject to Telegram’s own storage and retention behavior.

Can the agent access my email, calendar, or bank accounts?

Not by default. Your agent doesn't have access to your accounts unless you explicitly set that up (which requires additional configuration and fee). The base service keeps your Acerox™ agent contained to Telegram and its own workspace.

How does my agent get my business information? Can it access my data without my permission?

Your Acerox™ agent only knows what you share with it. By default, it cannot access your files, accounts, email, or other systems unless you explicitly connect or provide them. There are a few simple ways to share information with your agent: you can type or paste it directly into your Telegram chat, send documents or images as attachments in the conversation, or ask your agent to remember specific details about your business. Everything your agent learns comes from you, through your conversations. You are always in control of what your agent knows, and you can ask it to forget information at any time.

I've read that AI agents can be a security risk. How do you handle that?

It’s a fair concern — and one we take seriously. Many AI agent setups are not designed with strong operational controls. Acerox™ is designed with isolation, authentication, encrypted connections, and access controls to reduce that risk. Each client’s agent runs in an isolated environment with firewall and access controls designed to prevent unauthorized public access. Access is restricted to authorized accounts and approved channels configured for your agent.

Can DaveryAI access my files?

Your server has SSH audit logging enabled. Every login, every command, and every file access is recorded automatically. You can request your audit log anytime and see exactly who accessed what and when. Our maintenance is fully automated — health checks, security patches, and service restarts are handled by scripts, not humans browsing your files. Additionally, when you cancel, your own AI agent exports and delivers your data directly to you via Telegram — we never handle your files during that process either.

How do you stay ahead of new security threats?

We use ongoing monitoring, regular reviews, and routine security updates to maintain the service. Security isn’t something we set up once and forget.

Could someone else access my agent or my data?

In normal operation, unauthorized users cannot interact with your agent because access is restricted to approved accounts. Each client runs in a separate environment from other clients. However, it is still your responsibility to maintain the security of your own Telegram account and access credentials.

Can my agent log into my accounts like Facebook, email, or my CRM?

Yes, if you choose to share your login credentials with your agent. Your agent can use a built-in web browser to log into websites and perform tasks on your behalf. Any credentials you provide are stored on your dedicated private server. DaveryAI™ does not access, collect, or store your third-party login credentials. You are responsible for which accounts your agent can access and for maintaining the security of credentials you choose to share.
