No. We access AI models through commercial API channels, not consumer chatbot products. The AI LLM providers we use explicitly state that they do not use API/business data to train their models. Your conversations and business information are processed to generate responses, then retained only briefly for safety monitoring before being deleted by the provider. Your data is never used to improve or train AI models for other companies or users.

Only you. Your Acerox™ agent runs on your own private server - not shared with anyone else. The DaveryAI™ team may perform technical maintenance (updates, security patches) but does not read your conversations or access your business data.

Your agent will send you a complete export of your data directly to you. You'll also get a backup download link via email (active for 30 days). After that, your server is permanently wiped. Your Telegram copies stay with you forever.

We built Acerox™ from the ground up to prevent that. Every client's agent runs on its own private, firewalled server that is not accessible from the public internet. We require authentication at every level, use encrypted connections, and restrict access so only your authorized Telegram account can communicate with your agent. We designed these protections in from day one.

We adopt and implement security best practices such as regular security audits, continuous health monitoring, automated vulnerability patching, and monthly operational reviews across all client systems. Security isn't something we set up once and forget - we monitor and implement best practices continuously.

No. Your agent is locked to your Telegram account - even if someone finds your agent's username, they can't talk to it without being on the approved access list. Each client runs on a completely separate server with no connection to other clients. However, it's up to you to maintain security and protect your access credentials on your Telegram account.

Additional fees may also apply for custom development requests, storage upgrades beyond the included 75GB, or integration of your own third-party APIs and services. Your agent or the DaveryAI™ team will always discuss any additional costs with you before they're incurred.
