There are a few simple ways to share information with your agent: you can type or paste it directly into your Telegram chat, send documents or images as attachments in the conversation, or ask your agent to remember specific details about your business. Everything your agent learns comes from you, through your conversations. You are always in control of what your agent knows, and you can ask it to forget information at any time.

It's a fair concern - and one we take seriously. Many AI agent setups out there are poorly secured, with instances left open on the internet for anyone to access. We built Acerox™ from the ground up to prevent that. Every client's agent runs on its own private, firewalled server that is not accessible from the public internet. We require authentication at every level, use encrypted connections, and restrict access so only your authorized Telegram account can communicate with your agent. We designed these protections in from day one.

We adopt and implement security best practices such as regular security audits, continuous health monitoring, automated vulnerability patching, and monthly operational reviews across all client systems. No. Your agent is locked to your Telegram account - even if someone finds your agent's username, they can't talk to it without being on the approved access list. Each client runs on a completely separate server with no connection to other clients. However, it's up to you to maintain security and protect your access credentials on your Telegram account.
