I am in full control of my Acerox™ AI agent, and will be fully responsible for its actions and activities.
My Acerox™ AI agent is powered by a large language model (LLM), and the LLM has limits on certain activities, such as illegal content, adult content, etc.
I will use and deploy my agent only for lawful purposes and not to violate any third party rights.
If my use of the Service becomes unusually high, excessive, or resource-intensive, DaveryAI™ may take action in accordance with the Fair Use provisions of the Terms of Service, including requesting that I reduce or modify usage, applying usage controls, requiring a higher-tier or custom plan, or taking other protective measures described in the Terms.
My Acerox™ AI agent requires training to my specific business needs and purpose.
I will always have backups of my files in case they are deleted.
I will have fun and have patience with my Acerox™ AI agent until it fully understands my business, needs and preferences.
I understand my Acerox™ AI agent may produce inaccurate or incomplete information, and I am responsible for verifying important outputs before acting on them.
I will not share sensitive credentials (bank passwords, SSNs, etc.) with my Acerox™ AI agent unless specifically instructed to do so through a secure process.
DaveryAI™ may monitor agent activity for security, quality assurance, and service improvement purposes.
I own all data I provide to my Acerox™ AI agent. Upon cancellation, my data will be available for export for 30 days.
My subscription is billed monthly. DaveryAI™ reserves the right to adjust pricing or plan structure with prior notice as described in the Terms of Service.
I will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, configurations, prompts, or proprietary processes of my Acerox™ AI agent or the DaveryAI™ platform.
I acknowledge that DaveryAI™ retains ownership of its platform technology, system configurations, operational processes, universal skill library, and proprietary agent instructions and configurations. Custom tools, documents, applications, codes, software, skills, and persona design built by my Acerox™ AI agent specifically for my business and designed to operate independently are mine to keep. Work products that depend on proprietary platform APIs or configurations remain subject to the Terms of Service. Upon cancellation, my data export will include these items plus all conversations, files, and profile information. I own my data and custom work product; DaveryAI™ owns the platform.
I will not share, resell, or redistribute DaveryAI™'s proprietary configurations, skills, or processes to third parties.
I have read and agree to the Acerox™ Terms of Service and the Acerox™ Privacy Policy. I understand that by using the Service, I am bound by these documents, including any future amendments as described in the Terms of Service. To the extent of any conflict between the acknowledgments in this questionnaire and the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall govern.
17. ☐ I understand that my Acerox™ AI agent can log into websites and online accounts on my behalf if I choose to provide my login credentials. My credentials are stored only on my dedicated private server and are never seen or stored by DaveryAI™. I am responsible for any actions my agent takes on my accounts.
